Deadline reminder: Abstract submission for 4th Nigeria
HIV/AIDS Conference
The Local Organizing Committee of the 4th National
Conference on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria invites professionals of
all categories to submit abstracts of their studies,
findings and reflections for the consideration of the
scientific committee. People living with HIV/AIDS are
particularly encouraged to do so.
If adjudged adequate, such abstracts will be accepted for
oral or poster presentation at the conference. Further
information and submission procedures are available at the
conference website and in the conference information
brochure.
Please be reminded that deadline for the submission of
abstracts is February 29, 2004.
Guidelines for submission of abstracts
There are several ways that you can submit your abstract:
1. The first is the online Abstract form, which can be
completed and submitted online at:

2. The other is to submit the Abstract electronically via
e-mail. To do this all you need to do is to download the
correct application form from our website and fill it out.

After completing the form you can e-mail it to:

3. If online submission is not for you, then you can
download the application, and then send a hard-copy and a
electronic copy (diskette or CD-ROM) to the conference
headquarters:

The 4th National Conference on HIV/AIDS will bring together
a wide range of stakeholders including researchers,
physicians and other health care workers, people living
with HIV/AIDS, media professionals, policy makers ,
government officials as well as representatives of civil
society organizations.
The conference is co-organised by the National Action
Committee on AIDS (NACA), the Nigeria HIV/AIDS Reserach
Network (NARN), the Federal Minstry of Health, the Network
of PLWA in Nigeria (NEPWHAN) and the Civil Society
Consultative Group on HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (CiSCGHAN).
It will hold in Abuja, Nigeria 2-5 May 2004.
