- Submission of exhibitors registration forms
- Submission of satellite meeting application forms
- Submission of skills building application forms (on-line
only)

March 15
- Early registration
- Acknowledgement of receipt of abstracts
- Confirmed hotel reservation

March 21
- Cancellation of registration with full refund
- Cancellation of hotel booking with 75 per cent refund
- Notification of scholarships award

March 31
- Late breaker abstract submissions (on-line only)
- Cancellation of accommodation with 50 per cent refund;
hotel deposit cannot be refunded after this date.
